Remember to press save after making any changes.

Why do I have a time zone setting?

We use your time zone to work out which day you sent your messages on.

We guessed your time zone when you signed up for Sidebuddy.

We get it right most of the time. Sydney people often end up in Melbourne. That shouldn't cause any problems.

You can change it easily.

What is the Reimbursement Rate?

Many people use a logbook for reimbursement at work, not for tax.

If you set the rate here (eg $0.66c per km) then Sidebuddy will calculate your reimbursement when you view or print your logbook.

This makes it very easy to make a claim - you can just download your logbook as a PDF and send it for approval.

Do you send me marketing emails?

Only if you specifically add yourself to our list.

Even then, they will be few and far between.

We may send you messages about your Sidebuddy service (eg when it is about to run out), but that's all.

We don't like spam, and we don't like inboxes full of junk.
