Editing your logbook
The Edit page shows your logbook in pages, 10 trips at a time.
You have complete control over your logbook content.
How do I make changes to trips I have logged?
| For odometer readings, correct the old entries. | |
| For dates, click on the date and select a new one. | |
| For reason, choose the correct reason from the drop-down. | |
| For comments, correct the old entry. |
How do I add new trips?
You can add trips to the end of your logbook.
Click on the last row to create a new trip.
How do I insert a trip that I forgot to log?
You can insert trips above any other trip.
Click on the 'Insert' button.
How do I delete a trip?
Click on the 'Delete' button.
How do I see the message that I sent to log a trip?
Click on the 'Information' button.
How do I move a trip up or down?
Click on the arrow buttons.
Do I have to remember to save my changes?
No. Sidebuddy saves your changes for you.
Does Sidebuddy recalculate for me?
Sidebuddy will calculate the trip length for you from your odometer readings.
It will not change any other trips.
Do I need to type in comments?
No. However, logbooks are for record keeping, and comments can be a good idea.
How long can comments be?
They can be very long. You've got plenty of space.
